FRANCES PINEDO ROBLES Our mother, nana, nana grande, who was the heart of our family, was taken to Heaven by two very special angels. They saw her suffering and they wanted to end her pain. Our hearts are broken but the Lord was waiting for her with open arms. Never has our earth seen such a special, hardworking woman. Frances was born June 16, 1924 and went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on January 27, 2013. She was a longtime resident of Pirtleville, Arizona. Frances was preceded in death by her father Manuel Pinedo, her mother Beatriz Ramirez, her sister Lity Pinedo, her brothers Felipe and Chencho Pinedo and her very special little angels Manuelito Escarcega and Norma Aguilar. Frances is survived by her daughters Virginia (Gilbert) Aguilar, Irene (Jesus) Escarcega of Tucson and her sons Manuel (Irene) Robles, Richard (Natali) Robles and Pete Robles. She also leaves several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild along with numerous other family members. Frances had a passion for helping her family and she loved to cook. She had a heart of gold and wanted the best for all her family. We all knew we could count on her regardless of what we needed. She dedicated her life and worked at the Cochise County Hospital for over 28 years caring for her elderly patients. The welfare of her patients was very important to her and she treated them with love, respect and dignity. Frances will be greatly missed by her family and friends for she was “The Rock” that held us together. We know this amazing woman will be looking at us from Heaven and will continue to guide us in our lives. We love and miss her already! We would like to thank Avelon South Rehab Center in Tucson and La Hacienda in Sierra Vista for the great care they gave her, especially Ernie Ibarra and Ameera Geyer. A celebration of her life will be held at St. Bernard’s Church in Pirtleville with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30th and a Mass of the Resurrection being celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, February 1st.
