Update DHS on lockdown

Douglas High School staff and Douglas Police Department conducted a drill this morning at the high school from 8 – 10 a.m.

These drills are done periodically to ensure the safety of the students.

Crisis plans are schools' first line of defense; they are practiced so staff members and students know how to react during an emergency.
