" I KNOW THAT ONE O THE PLAYERS ON THIS TEAM IS NOT EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE PLAYING ON THIS TEAM, HE DID NOT PLAY ONE GAME DURING THE REGULAR AYSO SEASON, AS FOR MY UNDERSTANDING, HE IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE TRAVELING.. YOU SHLD HAVE PICKED UP KIDS THAT DID PLAY AND GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO TRAVEL!!! "

" That is all you are a fan. Any athlete will recognize the work it takes to win a championship at any level. Athletics teach humility and respect of the game and the opponent, of which you have none. Great job to the kids of Douglas for trying to better themselves. A former Bulldog. "

" fyi: as a coach, you have to put your athletes in a position to succeed... the fort lowell shootout was the first tournament of the season for my team, we had not played competitively at all since the season ended in november... every team in our bracket had already played in tournaments and the team we beat in the championship match has been playing tournaments since august and had a couple championships under their belt and yet they were playing in the bronze bracket... sad that i have to justify what i do but i am here to protect my players so no one takes this accomplishment away from them... we are headed to tucson this weekend for another tourney and we are in gold bracket, every team in the bracket has won at least 1 championship in the last 3 months... we are preparing the players to hopefully one day be ready for high school ball. the championships will take care of themselves with sweat, hard work and preseverance... but give credit where credit is due, the PLAYERS!!! " why is it that douglas people are so envious of each other? yes soccer fan i am talking to you and all the others just like you... the fact is this group of kids went and competed and won their group don't take anything away from them. same with the bulldogs, people they had a great season and all the focus was on negativity. nobody is taking anything away from previous teams. the effects can be seen at the hs level years later. thanks to the coaches of these 4 teams for giving of their time to help douglas kids play a game they enjoy at a competitive level "
