Mexican Consul holds Bi-National Health Week

The Douglas Mexican Consul will hold its 13th Annual Bi-National Health Week Oct. 1-5.


The event will be held at the office of the Douglas Mexican Consul on 12th Street and F Ave, from 9 a.m.–1 p.m.

The function will be open and free to the Douglas community.

Flu shots, blood pressure, diabetes, glucose, and cholesterol checks will be given. There will be resources for domestic violence victims and labor rights.

Sponsors of the event are Familias En Accion Por La Salud, Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Cenpatico, Instituto De Los Mexicanos En El Exterior, Gobierino Del Estado De Sonora SALUD, and the Douglas Mexican Consul.
